Public Offer Agreement
This document is a public offer by Monetization Recovery ("Service Provider") to enter into a service agreement with any individual who accepts the terms below ("Client").
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Service Provider offers paid channel review and monetization restoration assistance. The Client submits an application, pays the stated fee, and is placed in a review queue for manual assessment by a live specialist.
2. Service Fee
Standard review: $299 per channel. Optional priority queue: $499 per channel. Payment is made in cryptocurrency as indicated during checkout. The service begins after payment confirmation.
3. What We Guarantee
The one outcome we can guarantee with certainty is that you will receive general recommendations on how to reduce the risk of future channel demonetization. These are practical guidelines based on a manual review of your channel and its current situation.
No channel is fully protected from demonetization. Policies, content changes, and automated enforcement can affect any creator at any time. We do not represent that our recommendations remove that risk entirely.
4. How the Service Works
Upon submission, your case is escalated through our exclusive internal network to a dedicated policy specialist. This expert conducts an in-depth manual audit of your channel. Once the review is complete, you will receive a notification regarding the decision for your channel at the email address you provided.
5. What We Cannot Guarantee
Monetization restoration, account reinstatement, or any specific platform action cannot be guaranteed. Our fee covers manual review, assessment, and recommendation — not a promised outcome to back your monetization.
6. Acceptance
Acceptance occurs when the Client checks the agreement box and submits the application with payment. By accepting, the Client confirms they have read this offer in full.
Terms of Service
Eligibility
You must be the owner or authorized representative of the channel submitted. You must provide accurate information in your application.
Confidentiality
We treat channel details, appeal history, and correspondence as confidential. We do not publish client information without consent.
Refunds
Due to the nature of manual review work, fees are generally non-refundable once the review process has started. Contact us at the email provided in your confirmation if you believe an error occurred.
Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for platform decisions, revenue loss, or indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Privacy Policy
We collect information you provide in the application form: channel links, email, payment transaction hash, and related details about your monetization situation.
How We Use Data
Data is used solely to process your application, conduct manual review, and contact you regarding your case. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Retention
Application data is retained only as long as needed to complete the service and comply with applicable obligations, then deleted or anonymized where possible.
